I am a game designer, writer, and programmer. I specialize in ludonarrative gameplay systems that bring the worlds which players inhabit to life.

The Watching Book

Set in the world of Soothsayer, The Watching Book provides a mystery-shrouded look at the history of The Singing Plain through the eyes of the oracles.

  • A playable setting compatible with modern TTRPG systems
  • Diegetic presentation can be handed directly to players
  • Mysteries and hooks allow GMs to lay their own plans

Read the stars. Lay your prophecy. Reveal the secrets of the Wind as an oracle in Soothsayer, a medium-weight board game for 2 to 4 players.

  • Align constellations on the mirrored Star Board, finessing the future into reality
  • Create poetic prophecies, scoring extra favor for rhyming couplets
  • Tread the possible paths of your supplicants' future and past, laying out their lives before you

Liminal Labyrinth is a game about escaping the odd space-between-spaces in which you find yourself. It is a competitive card game for 2 to 5 players.

  • Conceived as an online event for GenCan't 2019, each card fits in the space of a single tweet
  • A combination of luck and strategy packs satisfying gameplay into a single card of rules
